They are some of the most exciting sights you can see in the sky. The red arrows display team against a blue summer sky is irresistible to people of all ages.
And with this summer looking to be free of coronavirus pandemic restrictions, there will be plenty of opportunities to get out and see RAF planes at a host of airshows across the UK. The team are based at RAF Scampton in Lincolnshire and have a busy summer schedule.

Who are the Red Arrows?
The Royal Air Force’s aerobatic team, the Red Arrows, is one of the best aerobatic teams in the world. Representing the speed, agility and precision of the RAF, the team is the public face of the service.
They help with recruitment into the armed forces, act as UK ambassadors at home and abroad and promote the best of Britons. Flying distinctive fast Hawk jets, the team is made up of pilots, engineers and essential support personnel with frontline operational experience.
