Shortlists revealed and voting open for Liverpool City area property dinner | North West Real Estate News



The region’s most popular developments will be showcased at the Liverpool City Region Property Dinner.

Initiated can today reveal the shortlist of businesses, deals and projects shortlisted for an award at the Liverpool City Region Property Dinner.

The event, to be held on June 16 at the iconic Titanic Hotel, celebrates outstanding achievement and shines a light on those who shape the Liverpool city region.

This year, Initiated asked the real estate community to submit nominations in four categories. The companies and developments that received the most votes were submitted to an independent jury. The jury evaluated all available information in order to make its final selection of the winner.

The judges also agreed on the shortlist for the Future Ambition Award. This special award celebrates the most forward-looking project and positions the Liverpool City region for growth. The winner of this category will be determined by an online voting process.

The Future Ambition shortlist is:

Hemisphere, Paddington Village – Liverpool’s first net-zero carbon operational building, the proposed £35m building will feature 116,000 square feet of Grade A office space for health, education, science and technology occupants .

Martins Bank, Liverpool – Acquired by Kinrise, the building is to get much-needed new life as a retail and leisure space in Liverpool city centre.

Everton Stadium, Bramley-Moore Quay – Construction work on the stadium began in the summer of 2021, with a contractor recently appointed to deliver the final stage.

Birkenhead 2040 – Birkenhed’s regeneration setting offers a unique opportunity to transform the town and its surroundings.

Isle of Man Ferry Terminal – Representing the Isle of Man Government’s investment in Liverpool’s North Docks, it also links Princes Dock to the Central Docks to play a part in the wider regeneration of Liverpool’s waters.

Waterfront Transformation Project – The vision to transform the area between the Royal Albert Dock and Mann Island as part of a ten-year master plan reinventing Liverpool’s waterfront.

Bootle regeneration – Under the banner of Safe Regeneration, there are plans to provide community-run housing in the area, including a mix of affordable family housing, condominiums and additional care homes.

Halsnead Garden Village and Cronton Coal Mine Regeneration – When completed, the site is expected to provide 1,600 homes, employment opportunities and a natural park.
