Police release image of man linked to Tower Hamlets murder

Police have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to in connection with a murder on Isle of Dogs.
Kwabena Boateng, 20, is described as 6ft 2in tall, of medium build, short hair and speaks with a London accent.
He has not been seen since leaving a hotel on Commerical Road in Tower Hamlets on September 22.
Police would like to speak to him in connection with the investigation into the murder of Mohammed Ensser, 33, from Leyton.
Officers were called after 8:00 p.m. on September 22, to report that a group of men were fighting at East Ferry Road.
When they arrived at the scene they found Ensser suffering from stab wounds, despite the best efforts of the London ambulance services he died at the scene.
His relatives have been informed and are taken care of by specialized agents.
No arrests have yet been made and a murder investigation is underway.
Chief Detective Inspector Larry Smith is leading the investigation, he said, “We would urgently like to speak to Kwabena Boateng as part of the investigation. Anyone who sees Boateng should not approach him, but should call 999 immediately.
“I would also like to ask you if you have any information, images or footage relating to any stage of this incident, please do not hesitate to contact the agents in the region or, if you prefer, contact us directly or anonymously via Crimestoppers.
“No matter how small or insignificant your information seems, it may be a missing piece of the puzzle or may confirm information provided by someone else. If you can help, please place the call.
