Meet the ministers and tell them what you would like to see in Island Plan |

The public can meet with government ministers at two rescheduled walk-in events in January.

They will be able to make suggestions on the Council of Ministers’ “Plan of our Island” and directly discuss future challenges and opportunities.

Our Island Plan was produced within 30 days of the formation of the new administration by Chief Minister Alfred Cannan MHK and “seeks to provide focused and clear direction towards a secure, vibrant and sustainable future for the Island of Man ”.

The plan identifies five key areas to focus on:

-Build great communities

-An island of health and well-being

-A strong and diversified economy

-An environment we can be proud of

-Exceptional lifelong learning and development opportunities for all

The Council of Ministers splits into two groups to cover the two walk-in sessions.

Events in the south and east of the island took place on December 8.

On Wednesday January 5th, the drop-in will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. at the Ramsey Park Hotel, Ramsey.

Chief Minister Alfred Cannan MHK, Minister of Business Alex Allinson MHK, Minister of Health and Social Affairs Lawrie Hooper MHK and Minister of Environment, Food and Agriculture Clare Barber MHK will be in attendance .
