Luis says the Brooklyn (Midwood) original (1965) with outposts on Staten Island and the LES opens in mid-May. If you’re not doing anything else today, check out Domenico (Dom) De Marco’s video explaining why he makes pizza and why he was still cooking in the mid 80’s. (He passed away recently.)
